A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande by George Seurat was created back in 1884. It was Georges most famous artwork. It uses pointillism which is dots of color put into patterns to form a image. The image shows many people doing their own thing on the Island of La Grande. One lady even has a monkey on a leash, just chilling with her partner casually. The artwork now hangs at the Art institute of Chicago.
